Cookie Policy
This Policy explains how noticias-express.com uses essential, analytics, preference and pay-per-click attribution technologies.
1. About This Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Noticias Express Legal uses cookies and similar technologies on noticias-express.com.
Company registration number: MEY-97333
Registered address: Amina Jaziri Building, Yusuf Baker Road, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Email: support@noticias-express.com
Operating since: 2016
This Website is a pay-per-click advertising landing page that promotes the third-party AI trading robot Helycion. Noticias Express Legal is not the developer, broker, financial adviser, custodian or payment provider for Helycion.
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device when a person visits a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits and server-side identifiers.
These technologies can support essential website functions, remember privacy choices, measure page performance, attribute advertising clicks and help detect fraudulent or automated traffic.
3. How Consent Works
Strictly necessary cookies may be used without optional consent because they are required for security, network delivery, consent storage and basic Website operation.
Analytics, advertising and non-essential attribution technologies are activated only after the visitor gives consent where consent is legally required.
The cookie banner must provide clearly visible options to:
- accept optional cookies;
- reject optional cookies; and
- open cookie settings and choose individual categories.
Optional categories are not preselected. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent access to the ordinary content of the Website.
4. Cookie Categories Used
The precise cookie names, providers, purposes and expiry periods active on a visitor’s device must be shown in the Website’s cookie-settings panel. The live panel is controlling where it contains more current technical information than this general policy.
5. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies may be used to:
- deliver pages and balance website traffic;
- protect the Website against attacks, spam, bots and invalid clicks;
- maintain essential session and security functions;
- remember whether the visitor accepted, rejected or configured optional cookies; and
- record consent for compliance and auditing purposes.
Because these technologies are required for the Website to function securely, they cannot normally be disabled through the Website’s consent panel. They may still be blocked through browser settings, but doing so can affect functionality.
6. Analytics Cookies
With consent where required, analytics technologies may be used to understand:
- how many people visit the Website;
- which pages and sections are viewed;
- how visitors arrive at the Website;
- whether pages load correctly; and
- which devices and browsers are commonly used.
Analytics information is used to improve the Website and assess campaign performance. Noticias Express Legal does not use analytics cookies to determine whether a visitor should be approved for a trading account.
7. Advertising and PPC Attribution Cookies
Noticias Express Legal is compensated on a pay-per-click basis for eligible clicks that direct visitors toward Helycion or a designated third-party destination.
With consent where required, advertising and attribution technologies may process:
- campaign and referral identifiers;
- the page or advertisement that generated the visit;
- the date and time of an outbound click;
- device, browser and approximate-location signals;
- a pseudonymous click identifier; and
- fraud-prevention information used to identify bots, duplicates or invalid activity.
These technologies are used to measure clicks and reconcile PPC advertising records. Noticias Express Legal does not receive a visitor’s trading password, broker balance, deposit amount, withdrawal value, trading profit or trading loss merely because the visitor clicks an advertisement.
8. Third-Party Technologies
Some optional cookies or similar technologies may be supplied by third-party analytics, advertising, hosting, security, consent-management or attribution providers.
Any third-party provider actually enabled on the Website must be identified in the cookie-settings panel together with its purpose and retention period.
A third party may process data under its own privacy policy. Noticias Express Legal selects service providers for legitimate Website and advertising purposes but does not control how a separate destination website uses cookies after a visitor leaves noticias-express.com.
9. Links to Helycion and Other Websites
When a visitor clicks a call-to-action button, the visitor may leave noticias-express.com and be redirected to Helycion or another third-party platform.
The destination may place its own cookies, request personal information or use separate advertising technologies. Those cookies are not controlled by this Cookie Policy.
Visitors should review the destination website’s cookie and privacy notices before accepting cookies, registering, providing personal information or depositing funds.
10. Cookie Duration
Cookies remain on a device for different periods:
- Session cookies are normally deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry date or until the visitor deletes them.
Optional cookies used by Noticias Express Legal are configured with a retention period appropriate to their purpose and generally no longer than 13 months. The consent choice is generally remembered for up to 12 months unless the purposes, providers or legal requirements change sooner.
11. Changing or Withdrawing Consent
A visitor can change or withdraw optional cookie consent at any time by opening the Cookie Settings control available on the Website.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. After withdrawal, optional technologies should be disabled for future activity, although previously collected records may be retained where legally necessary.
Consent may be requested again when the stored choice expires or when there is a material change to the cookies, providers or purposes used.
12. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow users to view, delete or block cookies. Instructions are normally available in the browser’s privacy or security settings.
Browser-level controls may include blocking all cookies, blocking third-party cookies, deleting stored cookies or clearing site data when the browser closes.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Website from storing consent choices or operating securely.
13. Do Not Track and Similar Signals
Browser “Do Not Track” and similar preference signals are not applied consistently across the advertising industry.
Where a legally recognised consent or opt-out signal must be honoured, Noticias Express Legal will process it in accordance with applicable law and the technical capabilities of the Website.
14. International Processing
Noticias Express Legal is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Cookie and attribution information collected from visitors in Spain or elsewhere may be processed in the United Arab Emirates or in countries where hosting, security, analytics, consent-management and advertising providers operate.
Where legally required, appropriate safeguards are used for restricted international transfers, as further explained in the Noticias Express Legal Privacy Policy.
15. Personal Data and Visitor Rights
Some cookie identifiers and technical information may qualify as personal data. Their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on applicable law, visitors may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.
Requests may be sent to support@noticias-express.com.
16. Updates to This Cookie Policy
Noticias Express Legal may update this Cookie Policy when cookie practices, providers, campaign arrangements, technologies or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on noticias-express.com with the effective and last-updated dates shown at the top of the page.
