1. Who We Are

Noticias Express Legal operates the advertising website noticias-express.com.

Data controller: Noticias Express Legal
Company registration number: MEY-97333
Registered address: Amina Jaziri Building, Yusuf Baker Road, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Email: support@noticias-express.com
Operating since: 2016

Noticias Express Legal is the controller of personal data collected directly through noticias-express.com. It is not the controller of personal data collected independently by Helycion, a broker, a trading platform, a payment provider or another third-party destination.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Noticias Express Legal collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when a person visits noticias-express.com, interacts with its advertising content, clicks an advertising link, manages cookie preferences or contacts support.

The Website is an advertiser-operated landing page created to promote the third-party AI trading robot known as Helycion. Noticias Express Legal is compensated on a pay-per-click basis when visitors click advertising links.

This Policy does not govern Helycion, any connected broker, any trading account, or any third-party website reached after leaving noticias-express.com. Those parties process data under their own privacy notices.

3. Our Limited Advertising Role

Noticias Express Legal does not own, develop or operate Helycion. It does not open or manage trading accounts, execute trades, receive deposits, process withdrawals, verify trading customers or hold client money.

Noticias Express Legal does not need and does not request trading passwords, broker login details, wallet private keys, seed phrases, card security codes or remote access to a visitor’s device.

If any person claiming to represent Noticias Express Legal requests this information, asks for a payment to release funds or requests remote access to a device, contact support@noticias-express.com and do not provide the requested information.

4. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how a visitor uses the Website, Noticias Express Legal may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Technical and device data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, operating system, language, screen size, timestamps and diagnostic information.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, time spent on pages, referral source, campaign identifiers, outbound-link destination and interaction events.
  • Cookie and consent data: cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, consent choices, consent timestamps and records showing whether optional tracking was accepted or rejected.
  • Communication data: name, email address and the content of messages voluntarily sent to support.
  • Security data: information used to detect malicious traffic, fraud, scraping, spam, abuse and technical attacks.

Noticias Express Legal does not intentionally collect special-category data such as health, religion, political opinions, biometric data or sexual-orientation information through the Website.

5. How We Collect Data

Personal data may be collected:

  • automatically when a visitor loads or interacts with the Website;
  • through cookies, pixels, tags, server logs and similar technologies;
  • when a visitor clicks a Helycion advertising link;
  • when a visitor chooses cookie settings; and
  • when a visitor contacts support by email or through a contact function made available on the Website.

When a visitor leaves noticias-express.com, the destination provider may collect additional data directly. Noticias Express Legal does not control that separate collection.

6. Why We Use Personal Data

Noticias Express Legal processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • to display, maintain and secure the Website;
  • to measure website traffic and advertising-link performance;
  • to attribute eligible clicks under the pay-per-click advertising arrangement;
  • to understand whether pages and campaigns function correctly;
  • to prevent fraud, invalid clicks, abuse, automated traffic and cyberattacks;
  • to record and respect cookie and privacy choices;
  • to answer support, privacy and complaint requests;
  • to maintain legal, accounting and compliance records; and
  • to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Noticias Express Legal does not use Website data to decide whether a person may trade, receive credit, open a broker account or withdraw trading funds.

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the United Arab Emirates Personal Data Protection Law applies, processing is carried out on a lawful basis recognised by that law, including consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations and legitimate interests where permitted.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, Noticias Express Legal relies on:

  • Consent: for optional analytics, advertising cookies, pixels and similar tracking technologies where consent is required.
  • Legitimate interests: for essential security, fraud prevention, basic website administration, protection of legal rights and limited server logging, provided those interests do not override the visitor’s rights.
  • Contractual or pre-contractual necessity: where necessary to respond to a request initiated by the visitor.
  • Legal obligations: where processing is necessary for compliance, accounting, regulatory or lawful-authority requirements.

A visitor may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary technologies: required for security, network delivery, consent storage and basic Website operation.
  • Analytics technologies: used to measure visits, page performance and aggregated usage patterns.
  • Advertising and attribution technologies: used to identify campaign sources, measure outbound Helycion clicks and prevent invalid or duplicate advertising activity.

Where Spanish or EU rules require consent, optional analytics and advertising technologies are disabled until the visitor makes an affirmative choice. Rejecting optional cookies must remain available without preventing access to ordinary Website content.

Visitors can change or withdraw optional cookie choices through the cookie-settings control displayed on the Website. Browser settings may also be used to block or delete cookies, although this can affect some functionality.

9. Pay-Per-Click Advertising and Attribution

Noticias Express Legal is paid on a pay-per-click basis for eligible advertising-link clicks. To measure these clicks, the Website may process campaign parameters, referral information, a click identifier, timestamp, device information, approximate location and fraud-prevention signals.

This information may be shared with the Helycion campaign, its appointed advertising intermediary or technical attribution provider only to measure valid clicks, prevent abuse, reconcile campaign records and resolve billing disputes.

Noticias Express Legal does not receive a visitor’s trading profit, loss, deposit value, withdrawal value or account balance merely because the visitor clicks an advertisement.

10. When We Share Personal Data

Noticias Express Legal may share personal data with the following categories of recipients when necessary:

  • website hosting, content-delivery, cybersecurity and technical-support providers;
  • analytics, consent-management and advertising-attribution providers;
  • email and communications providers used to answer support requests;
  • the Helycion campaign or its appointed advertising intermediary for PPC attribution and fraud prevention;
  • professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors; and
  • courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Service providers may process data only for authorised purposes and are expected to apply appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

Noticias Express Legal does not sell personal data in exchange for money and does not provide lists of visitor contact details to data brokers.

11. Third-Party Websites and Helycion

Advertising buttons may redirect visitors to a third-party website associated with Helycion or another service provider. The destination may use its own cookies and may request identity, contact, financial or trading information.

Noticias Express Legal is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, accuracy or regulatory status of a third-party destination. Visitors should read the destination’s privacy policy and terms before submitting information, opening an account or depositing funds.

A link from noticias-express.com does not mean that Noticias Express Legal controls or guarantees the destination provider.

12. International Data Transfers

Noticias Express Legal is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Data collected from visitors in Spain, the European Economic Area or other countries may therefore be processed in the United Arab Emirates or in other countries where service providers operate.

Where transfer restrictions apply, Noticias Express Legal uses an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, data minimisation, encryption and restricted access.

No transfer mechanism can remove every security risk, but Noticias Express Legal takes reasonable measures to protect personal data throughout its lifecycle.

13. Data Retention

Noticias Express Legal retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • security and server logs are generally retained for up to 12 months;
  • advertising click and attribution records are generally retained for up to 13 months;
  • cookie-consent records are generally retained for up to 5 years to demonstrate and respect visitor choices;
  • support correspondence is generally retained for up to 3 years after the matter is closed; and
  • records needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes may be retained for up to 6 years or longer where required by law or an active claim.

Data may be deleted sooner when it is no longer required, and may be retained longer where necessary for security investigations, legal claims or binding legal obligations.

14. Security

Noticias Express Legal uses reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. These measures may include encrypted transmission, access controls, logging, security monitoring, limited staff access, backups and service-provider due diligence.

No website or transmission method is completely secure. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive trading credentials or financial information to Noticias Express Legal.

15. Automated Decision-Making

Noticias Express Legal does not use personal data collected through this Website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for visitors.

Helycion or a third-party trading provider may use algorithms for market analysis, account verification or trading functions. Those activities are controlled by the relevant third party and are governed by that party’s privacy notice.

16. Direct Marketing

Noticias Express Legal does not send promotional emails, SMS messages or marketing calls merely because a person visits or clicks the Website.

If a visitor expressly asks to receive marketing communications, consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe method in the communication or by emailing support@noticias-express.com.

17. Children

The Website and the promoted trading-related content are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Noticias Express Legal does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Website.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal data, they may request deletion by contacting support@noticias-express.com.

18. Privacy Rights

Depending on the law that applies, a person may have rights to:

  • request information about the personal data being processed;
  • access and obtain a copy of personal data;
  • correct incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of data;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • withdraw consent;
  • receive certain data in a portable format;
  • object to direct marketing;
  • request information about recipients and international transfers; and
  • challenge qualifying automated decisions.

To exercise a right, email support@noticias-express.com from the address connected with the request and describe the right being exercised. Noticias Express Legal may request proportionate information to verify identity and protect data from unauthorised disclosure.

Requests will be handled without charge where required by law and within the legally applicable period. A request may be refused or limited where the law permits, including where it is manifestly unfounded, excessive or conflicts with another legal obligation.

19. Complaints

Questions or complaints should first be sent to support@noticias-express.com.

A person may also submit a complaint to the competent data-protection authority. For visitors in Spain, this may include the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Visitors elsewhere may contact the authority responsible for data protection in their place of residence or the relevant authority in the United Arab Emirates.

20. Changes to This Policy

Noticias Express Legal may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Website, advertising technology, service providers, data practices or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on noticias-express.com with its effective date. Material changes will be highlighted through the Website or another appropriate notice.
